yep it’s very derivative but it’s derivative of the shoegaze I like (MBV) so

“bitknot” is just as good as everyone says it is! pretty unhateable IMO if you enjoy the Julia’s War roster

Joe The Lion - A Merge Group Plays “Heroes”

had no idea that there was a Merge supergroup formed to cover Bowie’s “Heroes” in 2019 for some reason! as they play “Heroes”, it means that we have a cover of the best Bowie song “Joe The Lion” sung by Destroyer (!) with guitar from Mac McCaughan (!) and that’s pretty cool and more people should be aware of this

Clear Pools - Hen Ogledd

always the way that how you get me to pay attention to your band is a 19 minute long song that opens with a 3 minute long drum, have no idea if the rest of the album is like this but I hope so
